No, not unless it already has the "starter" notch in it.

There is a fair chance that your '19 could already have the starter notch in it. Either by later replacement or factory. You may have to look at it to know. Does your T have the starter hogs head? If it does, you could tell by looking in the hole where the starter mounts which is easy to do. If it doesn't have the starter hogshead, the only way to know which coil ring it has would be to remove the hogshead, which is a little more work.
Good luck!
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2

Wayne, I have the engine out..trans,flywheel and mag off. The car doesn't have a starter hogs head but i have one to replace it. There seems to be a notch near where i removed the oil tube..don't think it has a starter notch...plus i'm so new to the T I'm not sure what I'm looking for !

Here is a photo I borrowed from Langs, I have put an arrow showing the notch for the starter.

If the mag coil does not have a notch, use a die grinder (carefully) and give it a notch! It's not that big a deal.

Since you have it apart, I'd recommend putting in a rebuild ring from Wally Szumowski, modeltnews@aol.com . All his rings come with the notch. With the labor you will have to do, I would also recharge the magnets. I call it a case of you might as well while it is apart.
