I need advice and/or a source for a running board mounted spare carrier for the '24 roadster p/u. Some years ago there was one offered by the suppliers, albeit expensive, and it looks like it is no longer in production. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and happy motoring.

A spare tire mount for a '24 roadster, would be an after market item. A number of different companies made them. The one I like was made from a real Ford spare tire carrier, and attaches to the left running board.

You are right this is a most wonderful tool for all of us T nuts. Probably doesn't have a Ford part no. though.

This is probably the style Larry is talking about. I picked this up at Hershey this year. It would be relatively easy to make one.
