If you have troubles with the first online resizer, try the next - eventually it'll work

Right click the picture. Choose open with... Paint.
Click Resize - Pixels. Use 600-800.
If you want to save the original, use save as with a new name.

I sometimes right click and click on copy(or hit 'ctrl C' to copy) then go back to the computer screen and hit ctrl V to paste on the screen. Then double click it on. Right click and then click on 'open with' microsoft office. Now go to the top and click on edit picture. On the right is says 'web'. That will make it sizable for the web.
