By Frank Harris from Long Beach & Big Bear on Wednesday, January 09, 2013 - 12:31 pm:Many times when a cotter pin is used the bolt need not be much more than finger tight. But the nut must stay in position on the bolt. This is sort of like a clevis bolt but more accurately adjusted.
