Henry Ford was born on an Iowa farm (or any place less close to an industrial center)?
If he haddn't beat Winton in the Grosse Isle Race?
He stayed with a fancy high priced styled auto design instead of the Model T?
Any other seemingly insignificant happenings in his life that changed history?
How about one of those little daily choices or happenstances that changed your life?
?
Naw, Ford was a visionary and would have succeeded no mater where he was. Be it $1 dollar watches or automobiles, he was going to succeed, That's just how life works!
Gary,
You ask a great question. What if Abraham Lincoln were not the first Republican president (would there be multiple "States of America")? Would we have become the world's "superpower" of this century?
It's mind boggling to imagine different outcomes.
Rob
And the answer is.......This would be a REO forum.
Gary, As far as thoughts while chopping wood goes that's about 10 or 12 cords worth in my book. Your mileage may vary. :-)
Lincoln was better than Ford.....Lincoln was born in the house he helped his father build LOL
