I wonder if that was a solid tire or on that was inflated and divided in sections so if one section got a flat the others stayed filled with air?
Good question Dennis. If you look closely at the wheels in the photo, you'll be able to see what look like tube valve stems, at about 11:00 on the front wheel and about 5:00 on the rear. This suggests to me that they're not inflated by separate section but share common air. Of course this is guesswork.
