Membership Information & On-Line Application Form
All persons interested
in Model T Fords are encouraged to become members of the Model T Ford
Club of America. Ownership of a Model T Ford is not a requirement. Annual
dues are $35.00 for U.S. members, $42.00 for Canadian members, and $44.00
for members in other countries. Life memberships are available, contact
the MTFCA for details. Membership includes all the privileges of the Club
for members, their spouses, and their children under the age of eighteen.
One ballot for election of National Directors is issued per member-family.
Follow these steps to join the MTFCA (all new members must fill out the basic membership form)
- Fill out form and submit it on-line
to MTFCA by clicking on the "Submit" button. (This will
send the form to the MTFCA Business Office where we can begin processing
your membership.)
- You will receive
an automatic confirmation. Print this on your printer for your records.
- To pay by check, include confirmation email & your
payment for the dues, then mail to MTFCA at the address below. As soon as your
payment is received, your membership will be processed.
- To pay by credit card, phone the MTFCA Business Office
at 765-855-5248 or fax your credit card information to 765-855-3428. (or see PayPal instructions below)
- To pay by PayPal, complete PayPal section below. Use your account if you have one. You do not need a PayPal account. You can pay by credit card without an account.
Foreign dues must be paid in U.S. dollars.
