does the warford come straight out of the transmission and then the driveshart drops or does the rear of the warford drop some to the rear prior the driveshaft.

The Warford bolts up directly to the end of the Ford tranny, then the U-joint and drive shaft bolt up to the Warford using the ball joint. I recommend using a support for the back end of the Warford.

The Model T frame must be allowed to flex so if you mount the transmission to a cross member it should have a spring loaded action to let it flex so you don't break the gear box case.

This has been posted on this site several times before and is detailed in one of the Speedster books written by Jim Cullinane.
