From my son,Cap, tonite from his eMail.
As I was Driving home this Evening ( Wednesday Evening ) and a caravan of two Early Brass T's was involved in an Accident just above Greenfield ( Below Salinas ) ON Hyw 101 South..
A Blue Brass Era Model T was apparently caravanning with a Black/Burgundy Brass Era T, and the Black/Burgundy T had apparently Driven off into to a Ditch and Flipped.. 3 Chp were at the site, and People were milling about.. the Flipped T was being put onto a Tow Truck Flat bed .. and no ambulances could be seen, or looked like they were needed..
So if you were waiting for someone in that group.. they'll be late!..

Was it possibly a 1912 Torpedo? It's too late to call Gene, so I sent email.
Just talked to Gene Carrothers, and it wasn't him or his Torpedo in the accident - unless it was stolen. He thinks it's still under the cover in his garage..
Hope everybody comes out ok.

I wonder if this was the same accident reported by Aaron Griffy or another one? I'm sorry to hear of it and hope no one was injured.
Norm
The T I reported on was Wednesday afternoon ,late, just north of Greenfield.
It was a 1912 Black touring.
But it has so much mud on it that the color is hard to tell.
I have not heard of any other accident in that group or that erea.
maybe the burgundy one pulled into the ditch and stopped near the accident involving the touring car.?
