Yes, I have tried to contact the webmaster, but no response so far. Am I the only one with this problem?

I've had the same problem for a couple of weeks now. Thought it was my computer at fault.

Just logged on. No problem. Do you have dial-up or high speed?

For what it is worth, recent MS updates to operating systems for supposed security 'fixes'seem to have changed the way that some local computers 'browse' [i.e. they will go to the first command requested, but not go onward from there. MTFCI uses 'redirects' in their initial web page assignments, and although I didn't try it myself before I cleared my own computers, I did find that part of my 'harmless' problem was when the web pages requested were looking at the so called 'redirects'.)

Have not found anything on computer forums to prove this yet, but do know that it cost me a day to 'tweak' 4 computers to get around browser issues that all appeared to be just slightly different to resolve! So far, MS says 'not them' is Anti-Virus guys...the Anti-virus guys say 'not them' is MS...and before you know it, you wind up talking to people whose basic command of english is difficult at best :-(

In one case one of my computers refused to resolve, so I changed that machine to 'Goggle Chrome' for a bit and that then worked fine. I went back a few days later and worked IE a bit and it came back to life fair and square.

I have since tried all 4 computers to MTFCI and have no issues getting through so the page is there and active.

Don't know how savvy you are with computers, but if you continue to have the problem, I would suggest that you first clear what is called 'cache' and then clear 'cookies' and try again. If that doesn't work, you may need to play with the security settings for a bit, but once on a security setting page you can tell it that MTFCI is 'allowed' under all circumstances.

If you still have a problem, try this...go to dell.com...select home and office...select laptops...then try to custom configure any computer for purchase...don't worry, you can always exit mid-stream. If it doesn't let you get past the 'obsidian black' page, then one of the recent MS updates dinged a basic operating command and that lack of command is taking the machine nuts when it sees 'redirects' happening.

If you find this to be true, e-mail me, and I'll send you a file that will check for the presence of this basic file, and if not there, show you how to replace it using a one button patch fix from the internet and surprise...is a MS fix for what they call a different problem.
