I believe it is an early Maxwell touring based on the hood and the curved metal dash.

Hope he didn't load that mob all at once for a ride. That rear wheel looks a little whacky. Maybe it's the camera lens. 2 more little nippers waiting for their chance at the rear of the car.

I agree with James Lyons. It is a new Maxwell Briscoe Model H. Note the mounting of the headlamps to go with hood and medal dash.
That is my guess.

I can't get over the ginormus hat the lady in black is wearing. Anything over 5 MPH could be diasterous.

How proud is the driver? What a grand day it was for them.
