Just wondering what the experienced minds in the MTFCA are using to hold the spark and throttle rod levers on the rods of the steering column to mimnimize play ?
I use a rivet on the throttle pin. The spark pin I like to tap the hole for #4-40 NF screw, and use a fiber lock nut on the end of the screw. With a screw you don't have to drill out the rivet next time the steering column has to come out.
I use small roll pins, easy to remove and tightens the joint betwee the control levers and the control rods.
