I found this paper in a red colored tin with original Schrader "valve insides" There are 4 out of 5 original valve cores in the tin.valve cores

I guess some city boy wrote that. Us Rednecks just spit on our finger and rub the spit over the top of the valve stem. If a bubble shows up, the valve core is leaking.

It's actually a test to show how good the valve caps seal, no 880 valve caps, is a little hard to read.

OK I got it.
The caps are cheap insurance against a valve core that might pick up a speck of dirt. Those metal ones with the valve core remover on top are getting a little hard to find these days in the age of plastic. I've got a set of 5 of em on my car.

You got it Dennis. I don't think I'd be considered a Redneck but the spit on the finger test is one I've used for years too. Try a bicycle shop for the metal caps w/valve removal tool in them.

No problem, I've got mine. Got a few spares too.
