Tranuse-William (sp) was a major supplier to Ford of heavy stampings. Their trade mark was a T ovetop of a W. They did make axles, but the W&T did not mean wide track.

I know it did not mean Wide Track - but this axle is a wide track, as well as being a Tranuse William.

A widetrack in Canada? I thought they never made it north of the Mason Dixon line.

Actually, wide tracks were widely available in Canada, I have been told, as were rhd cars. This one, however, hails from the Western USA.
