All I would have to do is HOOD ON, Rain slicker and Nor easter hat and co-pilot for windshield wiper operator and go for it. Not saying you would not get really wet, but I wont melt like sugar.
It has been cold and damp here and so far we have 12.00 somethig in rain. 4 or 5 inches in the last two months.
Oh well we will have some nice days later.
