Has anybody else had this problem? This is the second time I've gotten an e-mail from pay-pal telling me it is a receipt for my ebay sellers fees. This time it's $30. I haven't sold anything on ebay. I listed a Maxwell cyl head which didn't sell, I owe them less than a dollar. The last time maybe a year ago it was $45 that I never got back. Ebay blames pay-pal, pay-pal says they just do what ebay says. I sent them e-mails, stayed on the phone for over an hour transferring back and forth from ebay to pay-pal, each time getting someone new and having to explain the whole situation over. I'm fed up. I got laid off and really need to sell some stuff but I'm kind of afraid to. They never gave me my money back last time and won't this time either. They just wear you out until you give up. $30 will almost cover my water bill, or if I gave 30 bucks to ebay, at least I could've got some T parts. I'm thinking about deleting my account. I can't afford to buy anything anyhow. There goes my feedback but whatever.

Are you sure its not a phishing scam to open the bogus e-bay or Paypal account.. I usually get those type of messages on my personnel e-mail. what I do is go to my e-bay sellers account and check on the fees charged.. this will tell you if the charges are fake or not.

Corey, you can go into your ebay account and see first hand what you owe and why. Don't rely on emails they can be scams. I always check my account and don't use an email to log into your account. Always go in the normal way.

I have gotten a couple of emails from paypal in the past similar to that. I don't have a paypal account, so it's kind of hard to owe them any money. In my case, they were obviously scams. Dave

Paypal is one of the frequent "From" addresses on phishing e-mails.

I haven't checked it out yet this time, but last time they really got my money and I talked on the phone to both ebay and pay-pal. It was really them. Ebay even told me that I owed them only, 75 cents or whatever and pay-pal told me ebay told them something different, that they were going to work it out or whatever and after about a month I just gave up.

Remember, ebay will never ask for you to disclose info through email, always log in through the ebay site. KB

Cory that is a fake Email!
I have an Ebay account and started getting the fake Pay-Pal emails 2 years ago.
I even started getting fake Ebay emails complaining that I need to pay for an item or etc.
The items are always bogus.
Pay-pal?! sends me emails claiming they will close my account with them and I never had an acount with them!
It gets awfully old after a while.
