My understanding is that Ford used a different cam for the pre 1912 Model Ts.

What is the best Stipe cam to use for pre 1912 Model Ts that close matches the original cam - the 250 or 280 cam?

I have the 280 in my '15 touring. It is good on flat land roads but is noticeably down on low end torque compared to the original camshaft on twisty mountain roads. I recommend you try the 250 if you are going to be driving on hills very often, particularly if this is not a torpedo runabout.
