Tomorrow we are heading to Moscow (150km to north) - to "Retrostars" festival (www.retrostars.su) - with my T and 2 bicycles: "Moskva" and "DKW"
And today I had funny trip through Tula evening traffic jams - I overheated an engine (air temperature +25C) and has to stop and pour the water to the front of radiator) And I found some leak of antifreeze from it.

I'm glad that your having a great time with your T, Driving is whats it's all about
Russian city traffic is obviously as bad as American city traffic.
I beleive, that even worse...
Dennis, in '84 I was visiting Skt. Petersburg (then Leningrad). I was a few weeks earlier in New York and I can say - despite the differences in political systems:
The streets are very bumpy
The public transportation looks and sounds as if it should have been retired decades ago
The taxis does the same
You couldn't give me New York City. If you really want to see traffic though, spend a day on the Los Angeles freeway system.
Michael, there are some changes since 1984
LOL I forgot about having to pour water on the radiator to cool things down!
When I was going to school in Boston the move into our apartment was delayed a few weeks so I had to drive into the city each day for class.
I had a 1956 Buick that was slighty (highly) modified for drag racing and it would overheat in traffic.
The AM ritual was to stop at a gas station a few miles from school, borrow a hose, and spray water on the radiator to cool things down.
The guys at the gas station used to laugh at me.
It got to the point that if they were not busy I would not have to get out of the car.
They would spray the radiator for me but I had to remember to close the side window or they would get me wet.
I miss those fun days.
