The crank shaft pulley on the 14 that I am working on is beat up, so I ordered a small split pulley. When I tried to put it on it is very loose. It is even too loose for a Coke can shim. I measured the shaft at 1.103 and the inside of the split pulley at 1.176.
My question is, is the shaft turned down or is the pulley made too big? I do not have another crank shaft or pulley to reference this too.

I did a quick check with a crank on hand, got 1.186 approx. sound like yours is worn or turned down some.
