The top doesn't fit well. Unfortunately, no larger version of these.
look at that wrinkled top, would loose points at a show today.
I count four paper tags hanging on the car. Any idea what those are for?
Don,
I think a lot of those wrinkles would disappear once the top had seen a bit of sunshine. Looks to have only just been unfolded.

Dontcha' know the new owners were proud of that!
Those are most likely the factory inspection tags.
There's a 1914 Ford here in Minnesota that still its original factory tags. The original owner removed them but never threw them out.
Notice the nameplate on the firewall.
Steve, your eyes are far better than mine, l can only see 3 tags .Top bow, prop nut and wheel ??
Nice 1913 Touring, wow that is glossy paint.
David.
May look pristine, but notice the grease trails in the driver's side white tire....... bad babbit thrust so soon ????
David, there is one on each rear wheel.
Garnet, These are fantastic photos. Makes me wish I was able to be truly restoring a '13/'14 touring. These are great reference pictures.
I see it has the long doors of a 1913, and the long rear cross member of a 1914.
Thank you.
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
Ah Ha, l see l see.
what is the purpose of all 4 tags ??
David.
I know these are not factory photos, but they are the ONLY photos of a NEW 1913 Touring I've ever seen.
Thanks, Garnet!
The reason the top is not fitting well, is because the two front top straps are not pulled tight enough. Perhaps they took it out in the sun to let the top material warm up.
They're inspector tickets or tags.
Look at these posts to see some examples from various years:

Garnet: All you need to do now is come up with some roadster photos like the touring ones, and you'll make my day!
My first thought was, I wonder if that top was installed by the dealer, not the factory? Perhaps the factory top had been damaged? Just a thought.
There are two sets of straps that need to be adjusted in order for the top to sit correctly. The two straps to the windshield and the two straps on the rear bow that are parallel to the rear curtain.
As Larry Smith said, the two front straps need to be tightened. As you can see in the photos, the front straps have not been pulled through the buckles far enough - the buckles are very close to the tails/ends of the straps. The straps could probably pulled at least another two inches. The rear curtains straps may need to be loosened.
The top is also wrinkled probably because it is a new car and it was delivered with the top down.
Here's another new 1913:
Geez, those horn bulbs sit way up those two cars.
David.
If you purchase a new horn bulb from RV, thats the way it's going to look, if you can get it threaded on!
Well, well, well - turns out there were four photos of this car!
Garnet
I know these do little for the "old photo" look, but just in case someone is interested in details.
