In that first picture it looks like they've added a wishbone to the rear axle. What's up with that?

Those are the radius rods disconnected from the driveshaft tube. There is a 1909 - 12 touring in the shed hanging from the rafters by ropes and supported by boards under the rear fenders.

My fathers garage has a strong back bolted up in the rafters to the main joists and a boat winch with two hoisting ends connected to aircraft cables like those ropes and boards. It was how we put the body on my car. We thought we were being clever when we did it and here's a guy doing it pretty much the same way lol.
