Sometimes reading the ads can yield gems of unintended humor. In the January Hemmings those guys in Florida are still offering the 1914 touring with the "original 4-cylinder engine remachined for unleaded fuel". Can't understand why they haven't sold it for $29,900.
The same guys are offering a 1925 "woody body truck", a home made wood body pickup on a car chassis that appears stock, for only $16,500. It also has "L-head Cast Iron 4 cyl. Engine, Z76-7 cu. in. 20 h.p." The same typo is on their website.
This issue also offers two different doctors' coupes.
If you want to go with something other than a Ford, how about an "Overland 1910 pre 1950 Model 38 3-place roadster"? Amazing that it's both 1910 AND pre 1950.
