Humble Howard Genrich designed his number 7 Speedster with a cowl much like that one. The only thing wrong with it is that the wind whips in and around that curved cut-out and you freeze in the morning.

On the other hand our nuber 22 has a "full metal jacket" as it were, and we stay toasty and warm. Not as stylish but no cold wind either.

It's probably a 1914 Oakland. They built more cars that used that style dash than any other manufacturer (that I'm aware of).
