When my ship comes in
The classic line is, "With my luck, when my ship comes in, I'll be at the airport..."
Wow Mike, That's a real Duesy!
Dane, That's a good looking wide cab TT. any more pictures of it? Thanks
John
I'd not only have to knock out a garage wall to fit that in I'd also be sleeping in the kitchen because the engine would be in my bed room!
We have a local furniture store here that has an assortment of reproduction "antique" signs with various slogans and such on them; one that I particularly like is,....."I hope my ship comes in before my dock rots!"
If my ship ever does come in I'll probably be over at the airport waiting for a plane.
And I'm usually down at the train station!
Ship, n. Def: A Large hole in a body of water that consumes copious amounts of money
Sorry John that's the only pics I have. It came to a local picnic and stole the show. I forgot to add as to not seem to arrogant I would never forget my T friends and would also have a bright red 2 lever 09 very very low production no. of course or maybe a model K
When my ship comes in, I'll be stuck in traffic behind some idiot in a Model T...????????? er, eh scratch that. Turns out that I'm the idiot in the Model T that's been holding up traffic.
Never mind.
John, sorry, but that is the only photo of that truck. I am hoping to find a nice wide-body truck photo to tell about what might possibly have been a purely local use for them- one day I'll find a suitable photo.
