I tried to put a new Anderson timer on because it had a new day when I bought it, when I install the flapper it wont go onto the shaft far enough to get the pin in plus the back is rubbing in the cover, after looking at the old one I see the notch had been made longer because they had the same problem and even looks like they bent the head forward, what can I do?
John,
Short rotors and shim sets are available for your situation. T's like yours that have gears which are too thick (speculation) have this problem. Feel free to contact me via e-mail, phone, or PM. hutch
