When going back to the main Forum page from a posting, usually with the back button, I get the startlogic page. Have to click on the purple Model T Forum at the top then to the past years page and click on 2012. Any one else or just me?

Charlie...

Back don't work once there's a whoopsie! You have two choices...on that start logic page hit 'refresh' and it should reload with the right one, or just close your browser and come in fresh again.

Somehow you have something stored and those don't free it? Open the browser again, type in the full starting with the http:// and it will load clean.

Just you. :-) No, apparently the web address changed slightly. I had the 2012 Forum saved in my favorites and it doesn't work anymore. I went in through the MTFCA home page to the 2012 Forum and then resaved it in my favorites and it works fine now.

Thanks Kenny. That did it. Was using my favorites list also.

I HI had the same problem . I tried to go to the Forum and Startlogic came up on all the Mtfca sites. MY only way was to shut my computer down and restart it. I hope that in the near future that the MTFCA will find a better carrier.

I thought this site was down but found another way to open it. Hopefully given some time it will get corrected. I quit trying for a couple of days thinking the site was really blocked. Then I got a access denied window.

It's already been stated that F5 is a refresh of the common internet browsers.

Control-F5 is a stronger version of the F5 command and it clears the cache of the saved pages. I used it last night and got the forum back the way it should be.

Damn it. It's doing it again. I'll try the F-5 business next.

To fix this issue you will need to use the "reload page" button at the top of your browser page that's all.

It varies some between different browsers. Reloading the page three or four times did not work for me (Google Chrome now at the request of my son). I went to the MTFCI site, worked my way through till I was able to find their forum (I am not a regular there), and discovered the MTFCA forum had been restored for a couple hours. I can't remember how I did it now. Something someone said on the other site.
I know this is frustrating. But I plan to give Chris some time to make whatever changes he and those he works with decide are in our best interest. I believe that he already said changing the host/provider is in the works. My son does web design and website hosting. I talk with him often, and coupled with my more than 25 years in cutting edge technology, I understand some of the difficulties in getting all these different systems to work together. (Even though I often need help with my own computer.)
Thank you, Chris!
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2

I find it most interesting that when the MTFCI webmaster was having trouble with their forum page, they were given the program used by the MTFCA Forum, by then webmaster Bruce McCalley. The MTFCA Forum webpage has worked fine every since that change was made. Is it only because the work load is lighter?

When you get the StartLogic Error page, there is a number to call. I called that number to complain and no information could be provided to me, as I was told that am not the webmaster and I did not know the User ID and Password.

I told the operator that he had an interesting accent and asked if he was in India. he said no, he was in the Philippines. I asked if the website was there too and he said yes. Our world is growing so much smaller that he may not have understood my question and it may not be there or perhaps only the administration function is there.

I told him that was a very popular website and if he didn't get hot and get it working that he would have many more calls to answer.
