Why is scrap metal selling not banned yet? Look at all the crime it assists, And communists. Nobody else benefits from it. If it stayed in the same country it might not be so bad but still it helps commo's

Btw Kep,it would be impossiable to make scraping this type stuff illegal or even regulate it because it is the very type thing our goverment wants gone in the first place.I saw a flat bed the other day.had 9 cars on it.All later model than I own,not wrecked, headed to the crusher.probably another batch of Kidney Foundation donated cars.People donate thier car to help folkes out,and it goes straight to the scrap yard.

These oldies should definitely be saved, but keep in mind if they all had survived, no one would want them.
I hauled thousands of cars to the shredder in the 90's, and believe me safety wise most all deserved to go.
Those who did save them in the early days were labeled as hoarders or eccentrics, but you can thank them
for the cars we now have from that era.
Perhaps we need to set aside a huge area of useless dry land (no not Califuny - it may be gone) and have
everyone donate their used car complete with documentation so collectors of the future would not have any
fun of doing things the hard way like the rest of us.

Down here i see alot of vintage cars on trucks marked "we pay for metal". All those cars are in better shape than the cars i started with. If there was still steel mills around then at least it would stay locally.
