This is a shot in the dark but awhile back on the Forum, I saw a photo oF a farmer operating his T from a piece of farm equipment being pulled by his Model T. Could this be a set of lever extensions for controlling the Model T from behind? Jim Patrick

Those are torsion springs for a Chrysler product. Late 60's or early 70's. They were used to hold the hood up.
