Kep, That was a common sight back in the 1930's, called a "Hoover Wagon" for those too poor to afford gasoline during the depression. President Herbert Hoover was blamed for the depression and his name was ascribed to many depression era situations, such as a "Hooverville" which described a shantytown of cardboard and packing crate shacks that sprung up all across America for the homeless, or "Hoover Blankets", which were newspapers used as blankets, or Hoover Flags, which were empty pants pockets turned inside out... F D R hated Herbert Hoover so much that he changed the name of the dam in Nevada to Boulder Dam and we still call it that today. Hoover came up with plans to fix the depression but the Democrats would not allow his ideas to be put into action. They wanted him to fail. So it's not bad for us to want others to fail in today's world. That president was set 80 years ago by the coalition in power at that time. So it's O K for us to nay say those with silly ideas who are in power today.
