Getting ready to put the brass trim around the firewall on the '13. I've never seen one up close so I'm hoping someone will post some pictures of how it fits, especially at the two top corners. The brass screw set includes 13 pieces---5 flat top brass screws and 8 oval top screws. I'm guessing the 5 go across the top and 4 each on either side. Sure do appreciate your help. Thanks

I think you have it right. The flat head screws wont interfere with the windshield.

I think 13 and 14 are similar, so this may help.

You'll need to cut a gusset out of the molding-- at the location of what will become the top corners--in order to make the fold. I used a fine square file to make mine. About 12 strokes and you're there.

Or you can use the handy dandy metal mitre tool. Nip and bend. Done in one minute, and looks just like the original bend.

Ray, are you related to the guy that made firewalls 50 years ago?

Larry. Yes, and that's his old metal mitre tool.
