Have you seen any thing like this before.

Looks like you could "scot" around pretty good on that

I remember seeing some advertisements for ski scooters like that back in the 70's. I think the driver had to wear a pair of short skis to keep his balance.
Belt sander? Remember I'm from California!
There was one here in Saranac Lake, NY a few years ago, or something that looked like it.
Al Unser has one similar to that in his museum in Albuquerque. The info on it says it was built for the military. The Unsers will race anything!
i have seen videos of a guy riding one of those.
There was a similar scooter built by Cushman for the U.S. Military.
I am more familiar with the little 2 cycle wheeled scooters with no brakes and no lights that guys actually jumped with.
the only control was a throttle. The front fork folded back to make it real compact.
That snow scooter pictured maybe was meant to jump with too. Would sure beat walking.

The one in my picture above was made in Spokane
Wa. in the 50s. I'm going to try and find the owner, I have his name but the business that he worked for was closed. It would be interesting
to put next to my T Snowmobile and T Snow Bird
when I put them on display.
