Looks like Ford headlamps on the graders. Nickel rims on the first two and black rims on the third. Maybe Wis 30 on the license plates.

Hope they aren't going to try to grade the brick. :-)

Wehr One Way Power Grader.
I see CA on the right of the license plate. Hard to tell.
Being from Wisconsin I doubt if they had license plates on road equipment that early.
When I left in '66 they still had no plates for farm tractors and car trailers.

It looks to me that are not model T's , but Fordson tractors . Look at the front axle and the rear axle.
