I just put in a set of X plugs and gapped them at 27, car runs a bit rough but I'm also running a True Fire Ignition. Should the X plugs be gapped differently with a True Fire Ignition?

Probably, They use a coil with 2 output leads that needs half the normal gap. Maybe .18?

Read the directions that say set those plugs at .035 with a True-fire ignition.

I have a Tru-Fire in my model S - about the same as a T. I run the Tru-Fire on 12 volts and gap at .045". Worked fantastic for more than 5 years.

Thanks, perhaps I should have asked if the X plug required a different gap than a Champion when it came to the True Fire Ignition.
