All that is left is give her a bath, adjust the transmission and hood up the brake rods, hope to fire her up this weekend, excuse all the dust, Bob
Sorry meant to say hook up the brake rods
Looking good!
Norm
Who did your top? Was it a kit?
Absolutely lovely (and I'm jealous)! I'm going to guess it's a 1911?
Looks great!!!
Upholstery and top by Elizabeth, 1911 body on completely rebuilt 1915 chassis, steel fellow accessorie 30 x 3 and 30 x 3 1/2 wheels, the guy who installed it realy burned me on cost, Bob
Looks like you'll soon be riding in style.
Your work looks great! Beautiful T
Darin
Very Nice!
It looks great but are you sure you are almost done? I found that if you own a "T" you are never done because there is always something. You've done an outstanding job!!
Thank you, getting ready to build another brass speedster, yes your right will need to work the bugs out, ready to clean it up and have fun,
Hal,
From what I've read, "done" means it's time to start another one!
GREAT job, Bob.
VERY NICE !!
All that brass, blue and black sure go well together. Great looking T.
Is it just me or does the last 1.25% seem to take the most time?
Anyway, that's a beautiful car! I'm always glad to see another T on the road! Outstanding!
Yes, finding time to get back to it seems like forever, Bob
This car might be going on t-bay soon to fund new brass speedster projects due to some family issues, let me know if anyone is interested, Bob
hate to sell but family comes 1st
There's just something about a "stepped" body and diamond-tufted upholstery. Your woodwork is beautiful, especially on the coil box... And the brass windshield braces & carbide generator are the icing on the cake. Man, that car's got class.
Thank you this car was built to be a driver, the chassis is all 1915 ( stronger than the 1911 ) with double wishbone, this car is a brand new car, no miles, all 1911 features except chassIS, titled as 1915 this is to be a driver not a car to put in garage and look at, Bob
Will post new pictures after she gets a bath, Bob
Sorry to hear you're planning on putting your car on the auction block, right off the bat. I'd be first in line to make the purchase if I had the money (and a wife who wouldn't kill me in my sleep).
She's just GORGEOUS.
That IS one beautiful job!
I'd be afraid to take it out......I'd get sick of wiping drool off of it real fast.......
But, I promised NOT to drool!
Wish I could afford it. I already sold most of the cars I wanted to keep forever for the good of the family.
Robert I'll trade you a White 3 seater for a Blue 4 seater.....it's sitting on a 1920 chassis. Mine still needs the Top finished up unless you wanted to turn it into that open speedster your thinking about.
B E A U T I F U L !!!!
