There was a Wood Wheel Vendor on T-Bay a few months back that sold wheels ( non-demountable )outright that were completely re-done. At the time I did not need them, but now I do. Anyone know who it was or have any source for them?

John, I think that was Model T Haven. Dave
They were new or re-done old ones. Basically Paint and Go.
There's a wheel vendor who sells new ones at the Chickasha prewar meet every year. Maybe somebody here will have contact information.
Its probably Johnsons Wood Wheels out of Ardmore Oklahoma. I didnt go to Chicaksha last year but most every year before and he usually was there.
I have bought and used 2 sets from him and the work is top quality and reasonable.

They use to have a website at one time also.
Are you looking for wood felloe or steel felloe wheels?
John McLaren was also considering selling complete wood felloe wheels. You might want to see if he sells them now.

John McLaren makes very nice wood-felloe wheels. I just painted a set last week.
He supplies new rims, and new brake drums for the rear ones, and he rebuilds the hubs. Then he sends the metal parts to the Stutzmans to have the new wood installed. The pic is of a '15 wheel; they will make them correct for any year.
Mel Draper has been selling Stutzman rebuilt wheels on eBay. You could call him or just go directly to Noah Stutzman.

As Mike says John McLaren has been doing the same thing. Again, why not just call Stutzman and cut out the middle man?

I have had several sets of wheels done by Stutzman. Outstanding work, low prices and rapid turn time. Send them your hubs and they will do the rest.
