I drove the touring into town for grocery shopping this afternoon. When I got home the thermometer in the shade behind the house read 91º. Even after the climb up the hill from the river, followed by idling while I brought the groceries in, when I put the car away and shut it off there was no boiling or shooting steam, just the normal little gurgle. It seems all that cleaning and flushing was worth the effort.
Congratulations!

Steve, was there any special things you did to clean it out besides flushing? - Newbie
