Last year I went hiking with a friend who lives in New Hampshire. While most people are looking at the wildlife, I spotted parts of various automobiles sticking up from the forest floor. I wasn't dressed properly and the mosquitoes were brutal. Had to keep moving so they wouldn't eat me alive. Wished I could have spent more time looking under the green moss. Hoping to get back there see what's under it all. I get the feeling this is the tip of the iceberg although nature may have taken it's toll.
Model A front fender and an unknown cowl:
Model T fenders?
Unknown cowl with solid lower outer panels, any ideas as to what it is?
Rich, we see a lot of that up here in the northern Adirondacks. Vehicles left from old hunting camps that died after one last trip. Also some old logging stuff scattered around. I just got a 27 rear end in fair shape that came from a camp car that died!
Rich if you find the back half of my touring cutoff let me know. Thanks James
Second picture, yes Model T Ford.
Rare. One owner. Ran when parked.
