Not the crank ups......the ones with the lifting rods for the rear REAR windows.
I thought I needed rods and the regulator thingys in the window frame but I found the lifting rods still wrapped in paper from painting.
I'm hoping the guy I bought this thing from finds the notched things but I'm not holding my breath.
I need them for both sides if anyone can help.
Please message me from my profile if you can help and thanks in advance....... :-)

HAPPY DAY!
A friend was over to help me get going on the top.
I was looking for the pad that came with the car and under the pad I rediscovered several bundles of window trim still wrapped in paper.
Look what I found! Unobtainium!
I'm so happy...... :-)
And they are different from any photos I've seen too.

Hello Craig,

If you are missing the washers, springs , etc that attach to the lower portion of the rods, Dave Sosnoski makes these previously hard to find items. Here is a link . Regards, John

Thanks John but I have all the lifter parts! :-)
Thanks for the link to Dave's site though......I could really use a new set of front floor boards but they aren't coming up on his site...... :-(

Thanks Craig. I see what you mean about the Floor Boards. You will have noticed that all of Dave products are sold through Langs Old Car Parts . That has been the case for some time now.

Here is the link. Regards, John

Craig,

RV Anderson's brother Jonathan Anderson made the hardwood front floorboards for my '26. I will attest to their quality.

Jonathan can be reached by phone or through his brother RV. He does not have a website at this time.

How the heck did I not find those at Langs?
They're always the first place I look.
THANKS!

Sorry for the broken links. It's been a while since I've updated the site. I remember writing up a whole thing on the Fordor rear floor boards which doesn't come up either. I guess I never finished the last update. I will correct that soon.

In the mean time, the Fordor floorboards are the same as the Coupe and Tudor.

Just to be completely certain.......the base board has the angled front part?

Yes, the main floor board (#3) consists of two pieces, the upper and lower. There is a slight variation in the 1924 to 1925 boards. The 1924 boards have a round hole for the starter switch. The 1925 version has the rounded notch like you have. I make them with the hole as those can be modified to have the notch whereas the notch can not be modified to be just a hole. If you want I can make the modification for you. Just let them know when you order them you want the starter slot modified to the 1925 style. They won't know what you are talking about, but just tell them we talked and I already know what you want.

Thanks again Dave!
I may take a shot at repairing the upper boards as they are the ones that have, pretty well, had it but this car is nice enough body wise, interior excluded, that new floor boards will probably go on my shopping list....... ;)

As Tom Miller mentioned, Jonathan Anderson makes floorboards (and other body wood) for Model T's. His work is top quality. He makes them from the original Ford drawings, so they're correct in all respects.

Jon is making all-new wood for my '15 Coupelet body as we speak, so correct floorboards are a piece of cake for him. You can reach him at 716-499-7255.
