Hi all,
Here are a few pictures of one of our latest acquisitions. It's a 1915 Smith Form-A-Truck. It appears largely original. It has a 12-rivet rear, early '15 steering column, '15 transmission cover, etc. We're working on the front fenders, headlights, sidelights, etc.
My father bought it at an auction a couple weeks ago. We haven't had much time to work on it, but we have gotten it running and driving.
Who has Smith info they would be willing to share?
Thanks,
Chris Paulsen

Chris -- You might contact Fred Houston for more info. He is restoring one about like that.
I like it "Cushion" brand on the tire - yeah, right..
Is the radiator home built from scratch or "reinforced"?
That's a great looking truck!
