I ran out of surgical gloves and had to go to town for more, so I decided to take the touring and see how it does on a warm day. It's only 92º out here, but in town it's always at least three to five degrees warmer. Sure enough, the various signs in town gave temperatures of 93º to 97º. When I got home, even after that notorious climb up the hill from the river, there was just the normal quiet little gurgle. It seems all that cleaning and flushing paid off. It's nice when you do something and it works.
Yeaaaaaay Steve. Good job. Very gratifying feeling indeed.
Temperatures in the double digits? Please remind me what that's like. We've had five days in a row of triple digits here and the headline in this morning's paper was, "NO RELIEF IN SIGHT."
It's sad when my Model T can handle the heat better than I can.
Dick, it's just a brief respite for a couple of days, after more than a week of 100º+. The forecast is Don't get too used to this, because we're going back up. I'm going to Iola next week for a nice break on the frozen tundra.
I truly agree. Being a fairly new T guy (5 or 6 years) every time I do something and it works I am thrilled with me!
Just had the Run-A-Bout die and got her going again. Condenser gave it up!
