I discovered what my steering problem is...
but I am unsure as to why????
the bottom of the timing rod seems to low,
the steering linkage rubs on it as you turn,....
do I have a miss-matched part?
I could shorten and re drill the rod , but I'm thinking something is just the wrong part,
ideas are welcome......
Shawn, if it is a new rod it is drilled in the wrong place, i had one one my 26 and it ore the top of the pitman arm and would retard the spark when turning, if there is room you can re-drill the hole closer to the end of the rod.
