A couple of very nice cars to be seen on the Shorpy site.

Wonder if that building still exists?
That picture shows front and rear views of brand new 1910 Model T's. Beautiful shots:
The Halcyon Hotel was torn down in 1939, replaced by the Dupont Building. Here it is being torn down:
Interesting that one of the "T"s has a windshield and the other does not.
Interesting license "plate".
Tacked the numbers right to the body, effective.
They are both late 1909 / early 1910. Windshields would have been optional. If you look at the car on the left it has the front windscreen curtain rolled up above the windshield, so the car could be weather tight without a windshield.
The front fenders with bills date the cars to this late 1909 - 1910 time period, and the dark color means the cars are likely green.
Great ‘Carriage’ comparison as well.
I noticed neither car appears to have any pinstriping. I was under the impression that all cars in this era were pinstriped.
???
I don't see any pinstriping either.
Royce,
Nothing says "Model T" quiet like a drip pan.
I think I can see what looks like pinstriping on the rear fender on the first photo and the front fender of the second. But nothing on the body.
Michael - Harley Davidson comes close!
