Two new front tires, upholstery, pin striping. Now top and side curtains and it's finished. We leave in 2 weeks for New London to New Brighton MN tour.

Looks very nice! Great job!
wow. so much attention to detail. Nice job Rob.
The car looks great Rob!
Good luck with it on the tour. I might try to make it to one of the stops. I haven't been to that tour since I was about 12 years old, but now it's time to start bringing my own kids...
Another pic
Seems like just the other day you bought it. How time flies for those of us who aren't working on it.
Thanks again for letting us enjoy it with you.
Rich
I just have to say it again. Beautiful! Thank you for sharing the joy.
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
Rob,
A beautiful car. You need to post a family picture with everyone in the car.
Please post another video with it running now that it is complete.
Denny
Unbelievable Rob. You've done a beautiful job with it!
How is it to crank? Is it much more difficult than a T?
Hope you and your family have fun times with it.
Bob
Looks great. Can't wait to see it in person.
Thanks for all the encouragement. I'm not responsible for much of the real work. Dean Yoder went through the engine and assembled most of the car. Pat in Fremont NE did a great job on the paint. Sky's Upholstery is doing a great job on the top and interior. Tom Van Meetern helped with the front wheels, Stan Howe rebuilt a carb, and probably others I am forgetting at this time.
We are already planning our Christmas Card photo with the K. I'll post once more prior to New London/New Brighton when the top is finished and the lights are on. I'll try to get a video of it running too.
Bob, it is a bear to crank. Fortunately, a previous caretaker added a starter. I hope to get things adjusted so I'm able to crank start but it's not there yet.
Steve, you can come over anytime for a ride. But this time, I'm not going to offer to sell .
Thanks again for all your well wishes,
Rob
Steve,
I forgot To mention I'm enjoying following your journey. And now back to our regularly scheduled thread.
Rob-
Your upholstery is beautiful.

Very nice! Question: what is the brass tube looking thing on the driver's side running board?
Seth,
It is a foot rest or robe rail. It came with the car, but apparently was never on it (and won't fit). So now it's "extra parts".
Rob
Rob, Sure you don't want to trade for an Oakland?
Rob, That car is beautiful!!!! Good for you! Love the pictures, Love the history, Can't wait for the family pictures. - John
Brought it home tonight. The top and interior look great!
I know where Rob is sleeping tonite.
And it is not because his wife is mad at him.
Looks like you are ready for Minnesota, might have to get the girls to polish the brass a little ;). Looks great!

Rob, all I can say is SWEET!!!!!!
Original K coils soon to be done. Thanks to our parts suppliers, RV Anderson Fore the points and Langs fore the new flat style capacitors.
And of course thanks Dean for bringing this "monster" back to life. I put on about 25 miles today. One time it sputtered out of gas, and there must have been a restriction. I messed with the line and seemed to finally "suck" out the problem. We'll drive to church in the morning and see if the problem is "cured".
Thanks for your great work Dean. Also, Dean is a attending New London too. That is reassuring, since he is the best K mechanic I know. How many K mechanics are there anyway ?
Thanks for all your comments guys. I'll post once more prior to N!/NB.
