I am planning to purchase and install upholstery for a 1912 Model T. Are there any recommendations as to the source of the kit (e.g., who to use or avoid) or major pitfalls to avoid? This includes front seat and mum in law seat. I have installed several other kits on Model As but not Model Ts. Advice? Observations? TQ
I am planning to use Classtique for my 1913 Runabout, here is a picture of a 1912 on their webpage for reference. As far as the installation and stuffing, some prefer using original hair, some use other materials. I prefer a tighter fuller look, so I havent decided.

Problem with the early brass cars is they are different individually. Difficult to use a kit. 1912 may be the cut off. Check with the supplier.

Ed -- Here are some "tighter fuller" seats using horse hair padding. These were done by Ernie Romero in SoCal.
Nice job Mike, here is a MIL done by Loren Burch.

I like those mike, what was the cost per seat, I have a 13 runabout, so I only need one seat.
Ed -- I'd suggest contacting Ernie for a current price, since he did those a while back. He's in El Cajon.
Does anyone have a phone number for Ernie Romero? I can't seem to pull up his number on the internet white pages.
Richard -- I sent you an email.
