hey guys i am missing something here i guess a roller by looking at other old posts but can i find a replacement or do i have to fabricate something?? It's for a '25 tudor with all steel doors. I would prefer to fix it right rather than the previous repair. also where can i get felt for the window as the drivers and passengers side is both missing a piece. I have included a pic of the piece that is there. I do have all the metal trim and screws for it though. thanks

I have a 25 tudor and I don't recognize the bit in the 1st picture. Your window channels/felts are available from most vendors. Snyder's/Mac's/Chaffin's/Lang's and lots more. Good luck with your car.

That is the end of the window regulator that glides in the bottom track to raise the window up and down. I don't think you can buy just that part.
The window channels available from the normal vendors does not fit properly. Its to thick. I found the proper channel at Auto Parts warehouse. made by Stanpro, you will have to attach your own clips, which the model T vendors have or reuse the old ones.

ok now I know what I'm looking for. I saw another post about using a pulley for a rope but wasn't sure from the pics what the original looked like. I guess maybe i will have to check that route as i don't want to mess with it again if i can avoid it. thanks

Yea it does look like a pulley but on my original and the reproduction ones, it does not turn. Its attached solid with lots of grease. Seems like if it was able to rotate like a pulley the window might roll up easier. - John

You can get that roller from Snyders, look in the Model A section.

Shane, just a suggestion. There is more than model regulator. Take a long shot picture of the door (upholstery off) with the regulator rolled up and down. I'm no expert on this but there are guys here who are.

Shane, my mistake i thought i had purchased some but it is the part with the threads that go on the long threaded piece in the 24 sedans, it is a seat part for a model a.
