Dusted off the 26 Tudor and took a ride to the Norge Train Depot
I can see that the station doors are open, BUT where are the people ??
It's a really SMALL town, David...grin..
Great pic Mike. Looks like they've made progress on the depot since the last pic I saw of it.
Depot is almost complete, the county will use it as a train museum and meeting hall for the local library..
It makes a nice back drop for my Model T pictures.
Unlike Tractor Supply..LOL
Nice picture Dave!
That's a lovely tudor, Mike. Thanks for posting the picture.
Jim
Thanks James..Here's another
Very nice, Mike. I like the side-mirrors.
Looks like an early 26? (No headlight bar.) Does it have metal or fabric door-window frames? How are the door sills connected to the body?
Jim
Very interesting tudor Mike. I'm restoring a non-traditional color '26 tudor too. It'll be a gunmetal blue and I was turned on to this particular color on this Forum. My project du jour tomorrow is installing the repop extruded aluminum gutter along both sides. I noticed your most unusual side rain gutter in your second picture. . . . verrrrrrry interesting.
A great thing I like about the Tudor is that the driver can get out of the driver door unlike some of the coups or other early cars where the driver has to carefully climb over the passenger while being very careful not to step on the wife's toes.
I can tell you that I've missed many photo ops just because of the hassle of getting out of the Torpedo while on tours.
Well I'm a big guy..I always enter thru the passenger side door.
