Ok, this doesn't relate to Model T's, but it's a "blast down memory lane!" Those in their early to mid 60's may remember this cartoon. I just showed it to our 6 yr old grandson and he loved it....

Seriously, wouldn't our kids all be a lot better off today watching this sort of thing instead of all the reality show garbage? Shows like "hard core pawn" make me ashamed to live in Michigan!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then we wonder why someone shoots up a theater....
I remember that cartoon! From back in the beginnings of my career in Hot Rods. My little 'gear head in training' grand son, his daddy and I can sit around and the movie 'Cars' until we wear the disc out. That's how I ended up with a custom made tee shirt that looks like this.
I had a local artist do it. The back ground is Lemon Bay, a few blocks from my house and the car drawing is pretty darned accurate too.
Sterling Holloway was a very busy actor, including a lot of voice roles in animated films. I never knew what a fine singer he was until last year when I found him on You Tube singing A Perfect Day. It's a beautiful performance of a great old song.
My Mrs. recognized his voice as soon as I started playing that video.
