I told the guy who bought this for $25 he should check out Model T wire wheels on Ebay and see what they're selling for.
This antique shop setup included motor, line shaft & pulleys, and a grinder and drill press
with stands. I told the guy who got it for $100 he was lucky I don't have the time or space to deal with all that right now. I was mighty tempted to bid, but I managed to maintain my auction discipline.
Steve, I thought your goal was to build a belt driven machine shop with only one motor source. Where else are you going to find a set up like that for sale?
I passed because I already have most of it. I still need the stands and a motor. Those will turn up when I'm ready for them.
