Cleaning out my toolbox today and found 4 old bearing scrapers that were my wife's grandfather's when he worked at the sawmill. He retired about 30 years ago so they're older than that. I'll give them to any forum buddy who is interested, you just pay the shipping. I can send pictures if you want. First response can have them.

I'll take them if no one else beat me to it!

You got 'em Luke. They weigh about a pound and a half boxed up. They ship from 95245. If that sounds good, you can e-mail me the shipping address.

OK ... I give ... what is a bearing scraper .. and what how is it used? It would probably be a 'duh' ... if I saw a picture. Used for engine rebuild?

Thanks, from the unwise ...

Boy am I too slow! If I had read this a few hours earlier, I could have driven over in my T to pick them up.
That's okay. I have several, including a very nice very old home made one that used to belong to my grandfather. I have been using them to re-fit old bearings for many years. It is another aspect of the real T experience.
Chuck H, one of these days we need to meet up.
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
