I'll be dangerous now.......
HALF dangerous anyway....... LOL
BEAUTIFUL cars!.......
Please share how you are able to upload pics from your iPad. I gave up! Thanks for perservering. Loving the pictures of the K. Thanks.Warwick.
The photos have the faces blocked out to avoid any legal problems that they threatened Rob with. Not the fact that he was posting their pictures...the fact that they didn't want to be seen with him!
Seth
You are correct......
Timothy
Dennis
Ooooops!
There's an apparent disconnect between my eyes, brain and fingers.
Timothy
Well ....... Com'on let's hear the process. Enquiring minds just need to know !
From my iPad
Ok, but don't tell anyone else........
I'm using the iCab Mobile App.
Open the forum in the app and begin a thread:
Next, enter name/password and select "Upload Attachment"
Click on "Select File"
Now choose "Use This Photo" chosen from your saved iPad/iPhone pics.
Now, click "Upload".
You will see the following screen:
Now, the "trickiest" part, copy the file name, then paste it into the message box, and "viola", we finally have pics direct from iPhone/iPad to the forum. Now, my disclaimer, someone else recommended this on the forum, but it took me a while (slow?) to figure it out.
finished product
Rob
Your car looks great, but I still can't figure how to post pictures from my Cell phone. Any help.
Bob
Bob,
Some things just aren't meant to be............
Rob
Rob
Wouldn't it be easier if I were to send you the photos and you post them?
Me thinks so.......
Timothy
Timothy who?
Also, I put a few pics of you up on the EFR site, along with your cell number.. Good luck
I'm so glad you taught us how to post pictures from our cell phones. Now we can all share in a truly modern convenience. Imagine the possibilities!
Rob is now the assistant web master!!! If you need his number send me a message.
The 1907 R is now in my work garage and out of the closet into the forgiveness stage.
I purchased it from Les Schubert and it is in pieces, many pieces, another project in the works.
Chris,
How about a few pics of the R project? Also, have you had a chance to get to the couplet? Going to Hershey I hope?
Rob
From my iPad
Hey, Chris -- I'm glad to hear you got the R. You needed something to do in your "spare" time.
Let's see if this works.....
VIOLA
Thanks Rob!
I won't tell a soul....
Can you post photos that are in focus from an Ipad or are they always going to look that bad?
Royce,
You have a way with words................
The two pics that are "out of focus" are low res/pixels, one that I pulled off the Early Ford Registry site, and I assume the T pickup Ken posted. No software, Microsoft, Apple, or anything else will change that once they have been reduced.
Rob
Rob,
Thanks for tinkering under the Apple hood. Works from my iPod too !! Your secret is safe, even up here on the left coast PNW.

Hey those look a lot better!
Royce,
I actually took my picture with my iPad 2 if I took it with my camera it would be a lot sharper. Not sure right off but I think the iPad is about 3 megapixel?
Robbie
PhotoShop can sometimes help . . .
T test, looks like it might have worked. I resized it by emailing it to myself since it prompts the size to be sent, then saved it. Anyone know of a solid resize app? Also, does anyone know how to post a pic on the Fordbarn? iPhone 4S, Thanks!
Scott,
are you in NZ ?
Scott,
If your using iCab, you can set it to resize in settings.
Rob
From my iPad
Hmmmm – interesting that Scott’s photo when I right click and ‘save image as’
without changing anything, is now right side up on my monitor.
Soooo – what happens if I repost it as saved ???
Upside down again - thats a bit strange - what if I rotate it 180 degrees, save and post ???
Still upside down - perhaps something to do with the auto rotate built into the 'I' products ?
MS office picture manager
Weird, it is right side up on my phone. I will be away from a computer for a while so i have been managing on my phone. Also I did try saving some pics to a gallery on the Fordbarn and they were upside down there.
Scott,
I use SimpleResize on my iPhone, along with the iCab browser.
This is the screen after selecting the picture from "Library":

And, this is the resulting image to post. I'm putting a new top on my 1926 touring. Dave T from Macs / Cartouche was very helpful on the telephone on a pad installation question.

Oops. Wrong slash. Here are the two images:
And
Upside photos come from a china made camera. Ha Ha.
Thomas Mullin,
Now that is what I call an improved Ford.
Sad picture Robbie.... Poor Ol' Earl may never get to see his 09 back on the road again, if I was you I'd get him started on it right away... Still looks like it's sitting in the same spot as the last time I seen it thats been over a year ago. Life is short and time isn't waiting on no one. It would do him good to ride in it again.
Rob Many thanks for the instructions for uploading pictures from my iPad.
